I used to almost guilt trip myself into installing a game that I hadn't played, one that I know would be good and yet hadn't gotten around to playing it. There are certain games I sink a lot of hours into, and some that I do not touch. I have a somewhat sizable backlog, years of being spoiled with Humble Bundles and Steam sales has left my library overstuffed and underplayed. It's awesome to see that a guy like me who doesn't regularly post or comment on here (or any subreddit for that matter) can get some quality conversation about something that is bothering him, so again, thank you :) I really appreciate it and I'm going to try and get through a few games in the backlog as soon as I can. I read a post on here a little while back (can't remember the link, sorry) which was fairly inspiring and eventually got me to marathon through three games to completion. Now that I work from home with a decent computer to work and play from and collected all the games I've wanted to play, I can't seem to bring myself to play them, which sucks. Of all the games that I could afford to buy and play 5-10 years ago, I never got round to finishing the main campaigns and were lost in time. It's not so much that the list is overwhelming and daunting but that I so want to go through and play these old games that I was excited and hyped for back in the day but could never afford or get the time to play. It's a question I've been wondering for a while because lately, I've been massively intimidated by the list of games that I've picked up over the last year in sales.
